Kim Kardashian is pregnant

The reality TV star - whose boyfriend Kanye West of eight months shared announced she is expecting their first baby during a performance at Revel in Atlantic City, New Jersey on Sunday night (30.12.12) - is hosting a party at 1 Oak nightclub in the Mirage hotel tonight and will be joined by the 'Otis' rapper.
A source close to the 32-year-old 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' star told gossip website TMZ.com that she has inked a six figure deal to appear at the event.
The insider also insisted that Kim would have no problem avoiding alcohol at the bash because she has never been a big drinker anyway.
Tickets to the star-studded event reportedly cost $125 for standing room, while tables cost $3,000.
Kim has hosted parties in Las Vegas for several years on New Year's Eve.
The event will mark the couple's first public appearance together since Kanye, 35, announced she is pregnant on stage at his concert last night, which has since been confirmed by her spokesperson.
During the show, Kanye - who has been dating Kim since April 2011 - told the audience to "stop the music and make noise for my baby mama."
While Kim - who is believed to be around 12 weeks pregnant - hasn't spoken about her pregnancy, her family is delighted by the news.
Sister Kourtney Kardashian - who has two children, three-year-old Mason and five-month-old Penelope, with partner Scott Disick - tweeted: "Been wanting to shout from the rooftops with joy and now I can! Another angel to welcome to our family. Overwhelmed with excitement! (sic)"
Sibling Khloe Kardashian added: "Keeping secrets is hard with so many family members! Especially when you are so freaking excited!!!!! LOVE is everything!!!! (sic)".

Chris Brown and Riri do Christmas

Chris Brown and Rihanna spent a "happy and content" Christmas together.
The on-again/off-again couple - who recently rekindled their relationship after Chris, 23, was spotted dining with his model ex-girlfriend Karrueche Tran in Dubai earlier this month - reportedly chilled out at his house after attending an Los Angeles Lakers game together on Tuesday (25.12.12).
A source told HollywoodLife.com: "They went back to his place right after the game and chilled out and smoked. They just kicked it real tough and Chris got what he wanted for Christmas and a little more - he took a long a** nap and Rihanna was right there next to him."
The 'Turn Up The Music' singer - who is still on probation for beating Rihanna in 2009 - is "beyond exhausted" since returning from his extensive Carpe Diem tour in Europe and Africa, and just wanted to enjoy a few quiet days with the 24-year-old 'Diamonds' singer.
The insider said: "It was just him and Rihanna at his crib on Christmas and they did them. They had a quiet green Christmas. She had him all to herself. You know he love her and wants to make her happy on Christmas. It isn't about going out and spending [a lot of] money and trying to be all Hollywood with it - they just want to be together and knock out, wake up, smoke, f**k, and do it all again in that order."
Rihanna is said to be "happy and content" to have jetted back from her native Barbados, where she was holidaying with family and friends, to spend the festive season alone in LA with Chris.
The singer posted a picture of them together with the caption "thug life #merrychristmas" together on Tuesday.

Tyga faces legal actions

Rapper TYGA is facing legal action from three women who starred in his video for MAKE IT NASTY over allegations they never approved nude shots which featured in the promo. Alissa Rae Ross, Azia Davis, and Elizabeth Velasquez filed lawsuits on Friday (28Dec12) claiming that when they auditioned for their roles in the clip, the casting advert stated there would be no nudity and the video would be "tastefully shot". The trio allege that during filming in July (12) they were asked to appear topless in some scenes but were told their nipples would be "covered" or "edited out". However, the women claim an unedited version of the video appeared in a post on Tyga's Twitter.com page. They are suing for breach of contract, invasion of privacy and fraud, according to TMZ.com.

Chris Brown missed flight

The Kora Awards, dubbed "Africa's Grammys", have been postponed until Monday because Chris Brown, the US rapper headlining the event, missed his flight, organisers said.

Brown "will not arrive until Sunday at 5:00 am (0500 GMT)," the event's communication director Konnie Toure told AFP on Saturday.

The award extravaganza, which originated in South Africa in 1994, was to have been held Saturday in Ivory Coast's economic capital Abidjan.

Past editions have been attended by South African anti-apartheid hero Nelson Mandela and the late "King of Pop" Michael Jackson.

Brown, known as much for his virtuoso dance steps as for his tumultuous relationship with singer Rihanna, whom he has admitted assaulting, will still arrive in time to perform as scheduled at a concert "for peace in Africa" at Abidjan's main sport stadium on Sunday, Toure said.

African artists including the Nigerian duo P-Square, winner of the last top Kora prize in Ouagadougou in 2010, will also take part.

For Ivory Coast, which is still recovering from four months of post-election violence that ended in April 2011 after claiming some 3,000 lives, the event signals a return to normalcy.

However, it has drawn criticism over the price of admission: one million CFA francs (1,500 euros, $2,000) for those who want a seat in the luxury hotel for the ceremony, or 50,000 CFA francs (75 euros, $100) for seats outside.

These prices are far out of reach for most people in the poor west African country, the world's top cocoa producer.

Brown was sentenced to five years probation, a year-long domestic violence programme and 180 days of community labour after pleading guilty to assaulting Barbadian singer Rihanna on the eve of the Grammy Awards in Los Angeles in 2009.

Charlie Sheens new club

US actor Charlie Sheen, who has a long history of hard partying and scandal, has a new night spot in Mexico -- his own, a local official said Saturday.

The perennially troubled Hollywood star hosted a gala opening night dinner Friday at his new bar, The Goose, in the Mexican resort area of Los Cabos, said state Tourism Secretary Ruben Reachi Lugo, who was not invited.

Many celebrities "spend their vacation, celebrate their birthdays or open a new restaurant or new development," Lugo said of the resort area at the southern tip of the Baja California peninsula.

Sheen, born Carlos Irwin Estevez, was abruptly booted from his long-running gig starring in the television comedy series, "Two and a Half Men" in 2011, after publicly insulting the producer.

He returned to television in 2012, with a somewhat tongue-in-cheek role playing a man sentenced to anger management counseling.

Son of actor Martin Sheen and brother of another actor, Emilio Estevez, Sheen first became famous for his roles in the Vietnam War drama "Platoon," and 1980s greed parable "Wall Street."

Highlights in his career have also included comedic roles in the "Major League" movies and "Top Gun" parodies "Hot Shots" and "Hot Shots: Part Deux."

Beyonce half time show

Beyonce will be joined onstage by fans at the upcoming Super Bowl in the US.

The Grammy-winning diva is set to perform at the American football championship - at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome in New Orleans - on February 3.

Pepsi, sponsor of the half-time show, has now announced that 100 of the chart star's fans will hit the stage with her.

A contest that kicks off on Saturday will allow fans to submit photos of themselves in various poses, including head bopping, feet tapping and hip shaking.

Those pictures will be used in a TV ad introducing Beyonce's half-time performance, and 50 of those people - along with a friend - will be selected to join the Love On Top singer onstage.

Tinys new talk show

Last night, VH1 took “ratchet” to a whole new level (literally) with Tiny’s new talk show, Tiny Tonight. The show was hosted by TI’s wife Tameka “Tiny” Harris and featured her celeb friends Trina, Tamar Braxton and Claudia Jordan. The show was an hour long which gave the ladies more than enough time to go through some of the hottest topics of the year like whether or not Beyonce faked her pregnancy, The Rihanna/Chris Brown/Karrueche love triangle and the Mariah Carey/Nicki Minaj American Idol drama.

Tamar, who wasn’t afraid to speak her mind throughout the hour, was catching it left and right on Twitter. First, from the Beyonce stans who were pissed that she didn’t believe Beyonce carried her baby, and then from Love and Hip Hop Atlanta’s Joseline Hernandez, who was angry that Tamar said she still believes that Joseline is a man. Joseline tweeted:

Grandmamas always b hating

Judging from the reaction on twitter, there is an audience for the show and it has the potential to be successful. (It was a top trending topic throughout the night.) There were times that it was easy to forget that Tiny was the host of the show, but she was very charming and relatable. Throughout the hour, she shared personal stories on meeting Whitney Houston and getting a chance to rub Beyonce’s belly. She also revealed that Mimi, from Love and Hip Hop Atlanta, used to clean her home. The other hosts all brought a different dynamic to the show as well. While Tamar was very outspoken, Trina was very reserved and politically correct as to not piss anyone off. Claudia Jordan was very poised and articulated her thoughts on each topic very well, however, there was noticeable tension between herself and Tamar Braxton.

Tiny’s hairstylist Shekinah will become a fan favorite. She took to the streets to ask random folks about their favorite reality show and if they’ve ever heard the term, “Ratchet”. She eventually joined the ladies in the studio and was super funny as she gave her commentary on various topics, including the Tanning Mom.

Overall, if you don’t mind seeing celebs giving commentary on other celebs uncensored, this show may be for you.

Drama! And this time it's with the male Kardashian. Rob K. just put his UK bombshell singer of a girlfriend, Rita Ora, on BLAST. Find out how he just told the entire world how homegirl chopped down plenty of other men while they were together inside...

Gotta love a cheater story with a man scorned. Rob Kardashian, the youngin of the Kardashian crew and only male (besides Bruce) of the Kardashian/Jenner crew, is in his feelings today.

He posted some tweets detailing why he's so disgusted with his girlfriend Rita Ora. And it's all because of her cheating ways. Interestingly, the two only recently went public with their relationship--posting kissy pics with each other (above)--in the last couple months after dating for several months.

So what alleged ho-activites are Rob revealing? That Ms. "R.I.P." singer Rita slept with more than 20 dudes while she was his girlfriend. So we assume...Rob & Rita are now over Burn! The Def Jam chick has been trying to plaster herself all over the industry in every magazine, concert, performance, red carpet possible to really make her career happen. Maybe this publicity could help. Or maybe not. Meanwhile, 'Rita Whora' is currently trending on Twitter. And Rob deleted all of his tweets (including these) except for two from a few days ago. Who really cares !!!

Love and hip hop ATL

Everyone's favorite mess of a reality show "LAHH ATL" is revving up for season two. But before that happens, VH1 has put together a special called “Love & Hip Hop Atlanta: Dirty Little Secrets.” Airing on Sunday, December 16 at 8PM, the special will reveal insider infomation about the show and it's stars through never before seen footage, casting tapes, interviews, bloopers and deleted scenes.

Fans will also get updates on their favorite characters and will hopefully it will touch on the numerous Twitter beefs and verbal wars that broke out off camera. We'd love to hear Stevie J. speak about Joseline blasting him for using drugs and messing with dudes....allegedly.

And there will also be an exclusive sneak peek at the upcoming “Love & Hip Hop” Season 3 and a behind the scenes look at the taping of “Love & Hip Hop Atlanta” Season 2.

Kenya Moore speaks house wives

Kenya Moore stopped by "WENDY" this morning to dish on her love life, her RHOA fights and about Wendy shading her about her skin. Last week, Wendy made some comments about Kenya wearing a lot of makeup to cover up her "bad skin," and Kenya admitted to having breakouts sometimes. But honestly, chick is absolutely gorgeous with a bangin' body so if that's people's only complaint...

When Wendy asked her how she felt about being described as a mean girl, Kenya said "I can say this, I don't play for the cameras. What you see is who I am, but I have to say I think the mean girl reputation is not deserved." Really? She added that she would never tear another black woman down. Aside form those "Coochie Crack" screams...

She did reveal her distaste for fellow castmate Porsha Stewart. And can we blame her? Kenya threw a few verbal jabs at Porsha about being naive but the big kicker was when she said she felt Porsha was single handedly ruining the legacy of her grandfather, civil rights leader Hosea Williams. Oh, and that Porsha is playing the 20-something card when she's actually 31. Womp.

Kenya added that while Porsha is riding the coattails of her husband and her late grandfather, Kenya herself is a girl from Detroit who built herself from the ground up. "Some people work for a living, and some people twerk for a living." DOUBLE WOMP.

Wendy also talked about the "possible" storyline of Kenya trying to make a move on Phaedra Parks' husband Apollo. Of course, Kenya didn't reveal anything, but she did encourage fans to stay tuned and to NOT believe what Phaedra's been saying.

Joe Jackson's heart attack

Michael Jackson's father has suffered a stroke.
Joe Jackson, 83, is reportedly being treated in hospital after the medical scare, according to X17online.com. No other details on his condition are available.
Earlier this year, Joe dropped his wrongful death lawsuit against Dr. Conrad Murray.
The showbiz patriarch filed a request with a Los Angeles court asking for his 2010 suit against the doctor - who was convicted of the involuntary manslaughter of the King of Pop in November 2011 - to be dismissed without prejudice.
In the suit, Joe had alleged Murray withheld vital information from the doctors and emergency room staff who tried to save Michael's life on the day he died in June 2009.
Joe claimed Murray wrongfully provided the Propofol and a ''polypharmacy'' of other drugs to his son just before he died and alleged the doctor asked a security guard to clean the room in which Michael died of medication before police arrived at the Los Angeles mansion.
Joe has had a difficult relationship with his children, who he also used to manage, with Michael claiming his father physically and emotionally abused him when he was younger.

Mary J Owes some money

Mary J. Blige reportedly owes $2.2 million.
The 41-year-old singer and her husband, Martin Isaacs have been accused of defaulting on a huge loan from Manhattan's Signature Bank, according to a complaint filed New York State Supreme Court on Wednesday (28.11.12).
The financial institution is seeking the full loan amount, which was taken out in October 2011 and due to be paid back by July 2012, along with $58,000 in interest.
The 'Family Affair' singer's production company, Mary Jane Productions Inc, was also named in the lawsuit.
This is the latest financial woe for Mary after her charity, The Mary J. Blige and Steve Stoute Foundation for the Advancement of Women Now Inc, was accused earlier this year of mishandling funds and failing to pay back a loan.
Speaking about the allegations, Mary said: ''The lives of young women are at stake. I feel what they feel. I don't want them to suffer. I promised them something and I'm gonna deliver. Period.
''As soon as I was informed of the issues at FFAWN, I immediately called my advisors and lawyers to get to the bottom of what was happening. As Founder and CEO of FFAWN, I am ultimately responsible for anything that goes wrong. The problem is that I didn't have the right people in the right places doing the right things. This should have never been allowed to happen, but it did and now we are fixing it. The good news is that we have been in touch with the MJB Center in Yonkers and the scholarship program, and both are in good shape.''

Wiz is getting married

Rapper WIZ KHALIFA will celebrate Christmas (12) as a married man - he is set to wed his pregnant fiancee AMBER ROSE "in a couple of weeks". The Black and Yellow hitmaker, real name Cameron Thomaz, proposed to model Rose earlier this year (12) and they confirmed rumours they are expecting their first child at the MTV Video Music Awards in September (12). Khalifa now reveals the couple will make its romance official with a simple court house ceremony in a few days, with a bigger bash for family and friends next year (13), after Rose gives birth - so she can wear her dream wedding dress. He tells New York radio DJ Angie Martinez, "We're gonna get, like, licensed marriage, in a couple of weeks we'll have that done. "When you have the (big) ceremony that's when you can invite the family. She can fit into a dress and then... if we have a daughter one day, she might wanna give the dress to our daughter, but if she's pregnant then she can't do that." And Khalifa admits there's another reason why his fiancee is keen to put off their big celebration until after she gives birth: "She wants to get drunk." The couple began dating in 2010, after Rose split from Kanye West.

Kourtney Kardashians family day

Kourtney Kardashian got to touch a baby alligator at the Miami Museum of Science.
The reality TV star and her friend, 'The Real Housewives of Miami' star Larsa Pippen, took their children to the museum on a day out recently, and she was impressed by the facilities and the up close encounters she could have with the animals.
She wrote on her blog: ''Larsa and I took the kids to the Miami Museum of Science and Planetarium. I loved how clean, quiet, calm and cool this museum was! I highly recommend it.
''It was very modern and was very different than other museums I have been to.
''They had a baby alligator that we got to see up close and touch, little baby otters that were swimming, turtles, lots of space items, geckos and lots more. My favorite part was the astronaut ice cream that I stocked up on.''
While Kourtney, 33, was accompanied to the museum by her two-year-old son, Mason, her partner Scott Disick and their four-month-old daughter Penelope were not present.
However, the whole family were spotted at the beach a day or so later, with Scott sporting a strange fashion accessory, an eye patch.
Kourtney is currently in Miami filming the next season of her reality TV show 'Kourtney and Kim take Miami' with her sister.

Katy Perry new perfume

Katy Perry has signed a new fragrance deal with Coty Inc.
The 'Firework' singer has agreed a contract with the beauty giant, which will involve creating a new line of signature fragrances, while Coty will immediately begin distributing Katy's existing fragrances, Meow and Purr.
Katy said: ''I'm excited to share what's next in my perfumed world, as well as making Purr and Meow more accessible worldwide.''
Renato Semerari, president of Coty Beauty, told WWD of the 'California Gurls' hitmaker: ''Katy is original and daring - her unique approach to music and life will serve as the inspiration behind her innovative new scents and allow us to explore new avenues of scent creation.''
Katy has previously spoken about celebrity perfumes, saying she is very involves with hers and wouldn't put her name to something she's not proud of.
She said: ''I have seen a lot of the perfumes out there - some of my peers - and I'm like, 'Did you really approve this?' You can't just cash in all the time. I've always told anyone I'm working with that if I don't like the product, I'm not going to show up.''

November 28, 2012: If you're an 80s BABY like the majority of folks here . . . then you LOOOOVED he 1990s show Boy Meets World. And we especially LOVED Angela (since she was the ONLY Black girl on th ecast).

Well now that appears to have changed. Media takeout got a recent pic of Angela (gov't name Trina McGee) And well . . . she bleached and dyed and weaved whatever Blackness she had . . . OUT OF HER!!!

Katt Williams hi speed chase

Embattled comedian KATT WILLIAMS was involved in a dangerous police chase through the streets of Sacramento, California on Sunday (25Nov12), according to reports. The funnyman was spotted riding a three-wheeled motorcycle on the sidewalk, but when cops attempted to pull him over, he sped off. Officers gave chase for several minutes as Williams allegedly raced on the wrong side of the road, but they were forced to quit and let the star ride off due to public safety concerns. TMZ.com reports police are now planning to take the case to the District Attorney to have Williams charged with felony evasion. The weekend incident is the latest legal woe for the comedian - he was arrested on suspicion of battery at a sports bar earlier this month (Nov12), while he also found himself in custody in October (12) after allegedly pulling a gun on actor Faizon Love.

Tinys new late night show

Tiny has been talking about her new late night talk show for some time now and it looks as though it’s anticipated debut is almost here. Last night, the excited star unveiled exclusive photos from the set of the show, titled ‘Tiny Tonight’, that will feature celebs like Trina, Tamar Braxton and Claudia Jordan. Her close friend Shekinah will also serve as a correspondent on the show.

During a recent interview with Juicy magazine, Tiny described ‘Tiny Tonight’ as:

Politics. The daily news…and what’s going on in the world. We want to have fun with it… I want to do spoofs, maybe from reality TV, or something from news.

Only two days after his arrival, actress Tamera Mowry Housley and husband Adam revealed the first photos of their baby boy Adam to In Touch.

Two weeks past his due date, baby Aden John Tanner Housley bounced into the world weighing 9 lbs., 5 oz. Tamera shared beforehand that she tried to induce labor with natural remedies like drinking pineapple juice, primrose oil, and a glass of wine. And tried dancing, squatting and spicy foods.

Prior to her due date, she blogged,

“I seriously feel like I have been pregnant forever. Almost 10 months to be exact! Thirty-nine weeks in and no baby yet," she said. She added that her OB told her, "‘This has now become a waiting game. Oh, what fun. If I have yet to learn patience, my son is in the process of teaching me now. I have learned that I am not in control and that he will decide when he comes. However, I have not been as receptive as I want to be to his timing. If I am completely honest … at this stage, I want this baby OUT!”



Adam expressed his excitement about fatherhood saying, "We are so happy! He is healthy, happy, strong, beautiful and our families are so excited to have another grandchild, cousin and nephew."

After the birth Tamera tweeted, "Thanks guys for the love!! @ http://people.com u rock!! @adamhousley and I are beyond so n luv with our son."

Lauryn Hill talks about Wyclef

It looks as though Lauryn Hill has no time for Wyclef and his shenanigans.

Back in September, Wyclef made headlines with the release of his autobiography, titled ‘Purpose’. In the book, he claimed that Lauryn tricked him into believing that her first child was his baby up until the child’s birth. During promo appearances to promote the book, he also talked about Lauryn’s relationship with Rohan Marley and the demise of the Fugees while claiming that he believed Lauryn was bi-polar.

L Boogie, meanwhile, has been quiet during this whole ordeal. During a recent stop in Dallas, as part of the Life Is Good/Black Rage tour with Nas, Lauryn subliminally addressed all the chatter surrounding Wyclef and his book as well as explained why she has chosen to take the high road. She said:

When you are on the other side of liberation, just make sure you are not late. Be careful how you judge, there is a lot of deception out there. A lot of misunderstanding out there. A lot of miscommunication out there. A lot of false information out there. And notice, out of all the people who talk talk talk, who’s the silent one. There’s a lot of chat, but me….

And you know why? Let me tell you why I don’t chat back. Because I know that my brothers and my sisters are often times pawns in a bigger scheme so when they, under pressure, attack me, I love them still. It’s called the high road. Try taking it sometimes.

I’m not going to play my hand like the suppressive system would have me play my hand. Because I know [about] the oppression that took place in Haiti, and Jamaica, and America, and Africa and Europe. So just be patient. Marrying the Game

Are we really here for The Game and his dragged-into-a-reality-show-revolving-around-his-wedding shenanigans?
Earlier this week, he stopped by Power 105.1′s Breakfast Club Morning show to promote his upcoming reality show, Marrying The Game which also features his fiancee and baby mother Tiffany Cambridge. Now, just the other day rapper Fabolous revealed that he doesn’t see marriage in his future because the ring and paper changes things, but at least he was honest. The Game seems as though he only put a ring on it because it was the right thing to do, but he’s obviously not ready.

During his interview, he revealed that he believes cheating may as well be legalized [in a marriage] because all men do it. He also revealed that he would not understand if a woman cheated and that he was dragged into doing the reality show by his fiancee who wanted extra money.

[Tiffany] wanted to be on a reality show. She’s a school teacher and she wanted extra money on top of what I give her, which I thought was crazy, but you know she dragged me down to the VH1 meetings and she was already seven meetings in. She lied to me and told me it was the first one. This had been going on for months.

Kanye is awfully happy! Look at that big ole grin on his face! That’s the look of a man in love.

Last night, he was spotted out on the town with Kim Kardashian and her sisters Khloe and Kourtney after having dinner at Hakkasan in London. From the looks of things, he’s definitely loving the ongoing attention from the cameras nowadays considering he used to despise the paparazzi.

Carmelo Anthony hasn’t forgotten where he came from, and because of that, he was right there to assist the residents of his old neighborhood after they were struck by the wrath of Sandy. This week, Melo paid a visit to his old hood – Columbia Avenue in Brooklyn – to hand out over 500 boxes filled with food and housing supplies to the victims of the hurricane who were left with nothing.

While there, he told reporters that he felt it was his duty to provide for those in need:

I wanted to step up to the forefront. We all know what Sandy did to our city, especially to Brooklyn, and to Red Hook, with us being right here on the water. It hit us pretty bad, so I feel like I’m the face of Red Hook and I wanted to come back and give back to the place I grew up.

I’m one of them, I was once one of them. I grew up running around with a lot of the older guys as a little kid, so for me to come back and to help and give out house supplies and things like that, that’s the least I can do, especially at a time like this.

The residents of Red Hook were very happy to see Carmelo, with one resident telling ESPN:

“Sometimes it feels like we’re the forgotten borough, the forgotten neighborhood,” said Red Hook resident Vanessa Bernard, who has been without power since last Sunday. “This is uplifting. Some families don’t have much at all, and it’s really difficult. Anything helps, and to do this is uplifting.”

Another resident told reporters that Carmelo’s assistance was a blessing:

“This a blessing because I have nothing,” he said after receiving a box of food and housing supplies from Carmelo Anthony. “I have no power, no heat and I was running out of clean clothes. This is a great relief.:





This is refreshing to hear! Although a lot of people have continued on with their lives after Sandy, there are so many people who are still affected and are struggling to deal with the aftermath. Good job Carmelo! It's good to see people give back.

President Obama 4 more years

Two terms!!!!!!

Even though it was a very tense night while watching the votes come in, President Barack Obama was re-elected for a second term last night. It all came down to that swing state of Ohio, but eventually President Obama claimed victory with 303 electoral votes, while Mitt Romney had just 206. The election was also swayed this time around by the Latino vote (the fastest growing minority group in America) with President Obama snagging 72 percent of their support nationwide. Women were also concerned about healthcare and their reproductive rights which helped the President snag 53 percent of their vote.

Last night, supporters grooved to music by Al Green, Frankie Beverly & Maze, and even some Beyonce while waving flags in excitement before the president came out to Stevie Wonder’s “Signed, Sealed Delivered.” He was accompanied by Michelle Obama and his daughters Sasha and Malia who he thanked during his victory speech:

I wouldn’t be the man I am today without the woman who agreed to marry me 20 years ago. Let me say this publicly. Michelle, I have never loved you more. I have never been prouder to watch the rest of America fall in love with you, too, as our nation’s first lady.

Sasha and Malia — before our very eyes, you’re growing up to become two strong, smart, beautiful young women, just like your mom. And I am so proud of you guys. But I will say that for now, one dog’s probably enough. [laughter]

Our nation is a once great nation divided! The electoral college is a disaster for a democracy. Hopefully the House of Representatives can hold our country together for four more years…stay strong and never give up! House of Representatives shouldn’t give anything to Obama unless he terminates Obamacare.

This was the Republicans election to win. @MittRomney is a good man but he just never connected with the people. The voting booth process was a total disaster—it could and should be much better and more efficient—tremendous room for error! Another four years–not good for the country but we’ll have to live with it!

Unfortunately, since the Republican Party retained most of the seats in the House of Representatives, it may be a challenge for President Obama to put some of his plans in action and get certain laws passed. Either way, we are still pushing FORWARD!

Personally I'm very excited that are wonderful President and first family got re-elected . I'm looking forward to a better life. This is to show that America has a voice and if we work together we can make what right happen..

Earlier this week, former BBW resident ratchetista Evelyn Lozada supposedly decided that she’ll let the no-contact restraining order placed on her ex-headbutting hubby Chad Johnson expire when he heads back to court in a few months, which means that he would be legally allowed to resume contact with her and possibly be let off of probation early

Sources close to Evelyn were quick to claim that despite her wishes to allow the order to expire, she’s not looking to reunite and just wants to “move on” from it all.

Marina Reed passes

Natina Reed, best known as one third of the late 90′s R&B/Hip Hop group Blaque, was reportedly killed in Georgia over the weekend after she was struck by a car.


According to Georgia police, Reed was hit while crossing the street in Lawrenceville (near Atlanta) late Friday night (Oct 26).

The driver of the vehicle that accidentally hit Reed called 911, and the passenger performed CPR on Reed, contrary to initial reports that stated that the tragic accident was a “hit-and-run.”

Reed was pronounced dead at a nearby hospital about 30 minutes later. News about the tragedy quickly spread on Twitter, as Reed’s former group member Brandi Williams confirmed the reports.

The driver was later determined to not be at fault, multiple reports confirmed, and police are trying to figure out why Reed was in the roadway.

“It’s kind of a dark lit area,” Gwinnett County police spokesman Sgt. Rich Long said, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. “There is not really anything in that area that’s open at that time of night, that would be any kind of a draw to a person up there.”



As a member of Blaque, Reed achieved success in the late 1990′s with hit singles like “808″ and “Bring It All to Me,” the latter of which was an international success.

In addition to her singing career, Reed also had somewhat of an acting career, appearing in the popular 2000 film “Bring It On” and 2003′s “Honey” as herself.



Reed was also a protege of the late Lisa “Left Eye” Lopes, who also died in a tragic car accident in Honduras over 10 years ago.

Reed is survived by her 10-year-old son Tren Brown, whose father is rapper Kurupt. She died two days shy of her 33rd birthday, which was Sunday, October 28th.

Kurupt said in a statement released to MTV News:

“Myself and Tren, Natina’s son, would like to thank everyone for their love and support during this tragic time,” he said. “This is a tremendous loss to our family. Natina was a great person and I wish everyone had the opportunity to meet her and know her as I did.”

Blaque’s Brandi Williams and Shamari Fears-DeVoe also released a joint statement to E! News:

We are devastated by the loss of our group member, sister and friend Natina Reed. Because of the enormous support of Blaque fans and our love for each another, Blaque officially reunited this fall and we were in the process of working on a new album and a reality show.

Natina continuously embodied the pioneering spirit of Blaque and her undeniable creativity touched the hearts of fans everywhere. Natina was a mother, sister, accomplished songwriter, artist and friend.

We ask for your prayers at this time for Natina’s family. She will forever be missed and her global influence eternally felt. We thank God for the experiences we shared.
